What Information we Collect, and How Such Information is Collected.
Personally Identifiable Information. We gather personally identifiable information, such as your name, street address, email address and telephone numbers, only when voluntarily submitted by you. We may request such personal information, or other types of similar information, when you register or create an account with the Website, purchase products from the Website, or otherwise contact us via email, telephone or otherwise. We may also request your payment information, such as your credit card number, the expiration date, and card verification number, or other payment information, when you purchase products online through the Website, so that we (or our service providers) may process payments for the products that you purchase online from us.
Non-Personal Tracking Information. When you visit the Website, we collect certain information by means of technologies such as “cookies.” A “cookie” is a piece of information that is transferred to your hard drive when you visit the Website, which automatically affiliates your browser to our server whenever you interact with the Website. A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other websites. We may use “cookie” technology to improve your online experience. Cookies allow us to recognize you when you return to the Website, and to track and target your interests. We may also collect information using methods such as “refers,” IP addresses, and environment variables. The environment variables we gather include the time, the type of Web browser being used, and the operating system/platform you are using. This information may be used in the aggregated form to monitor Website performance, use of features and traffic patterns, and browser version. We do not extract information about individual users or their computers during this process. We may monitor your use of the Website, and use or disclose any information gathered as part of our evaluation of the service to satisfy any law, regulation or other government request, and to operate the service properly and efficiently.
Advertisements. From time to time we may use various ad-serving companies to serve and place advertisements on the Website. In connection with the process of serving these advertisements, these ad-serving companies may place a cookie in your browser's cookie file and may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements on the Website and other websites about goods and services that may be of interest to you. By delivering ads on the Website, the ad-server is able to record what ads a user has seen, and what pages the user was viewing when the ads were delivered. This web usage information is combined with other ad delivery information the ad-server has collected from your visits to our Website and other sites not affiliated with us. This non-personally identifiable information is used as part of the ad-serving process for reporting, and to select and direct the ads you see on the Website and other sites not affiliated with us.
How the Information is Used.
Use by Us. We use the information that we collect in order to understand your shopping preferences and product and order history. With this information we can tailor our services and special offerings to provide you with better service and a more complete and customized user experience. We also use the collected information to improve the design of the Website. Information about your preferences is only used to help us understand the products and services that might be attractive to you. We use “web beacons,” which are pixels, transparent GIF files or similar objects, to help manage online advertising. In contrast to cookies, which are stored in a user’s computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on web pages. Web beacons and similar technologies help us better manage content on the Website by informing us what content is effective, count users of the Website, monitor how users navigate the Website, count how many e-mails that we send were actually opened or to count how many particular articles or links were actually viewed. With both cookies and other technology, the information that we collect and share is anonymous and not personally identifiable. It does not contain your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If you wish to opt-out of the use of such technologies, please turn off cookies in your Internet browser’s preferences.

If you use the Website to purchase a product without setting up a 3FLOZ account, your personal information is used only to process and confirm your transaction, and to send you updates on the status of this transaction. We may also use your personal information to contact you about a purchase when necessary, for example, if an ordered product is out of stock.
